INTRODUCTION

The following is a summary of the services available and the people that make our office function. We ask that you make an appointment and give us the opportunity to discuss any project, problem or concern you may have in the above legal areas. We will provide the required services on a professional basis. Please call the office and make an appointment at your convenience.

LOCATION

Our office is located in the City of Brentwood, California, which is 45 miles east of San Francisco, and 30 miles west of Stockton, on the San Joaquin Delta.

About Our Office Personnel

My office operates with the able assistance of my experienced legal staff. My office includes Mrs. Nanci Lenoci, my senior paralegal and personal assistant specializing in all family law and probate matters, and Mrs. Lisa Dieteman, a second experienced paralegal specializing in family law, probates, guardianships and general litigation matters.

For complex litigation, we are pleased to have the services of Mrs. Pamela Daly, a senior paralegal who, while living in Southern California, focuses her efforts on legal research and litigation planning, including the preparation of pleadings. Pam provides litigation support for me for complex litigation matters, and accompanies me to trial when I can talk her into coming to Northern California.

We also have the services on a contract basis of Ms. Saunie Fridley, a Private Investigator and a Forensic Accountant.

Mrs. Vertreece ("Birdy") Lazaro is my administrative assistant, and she handles all of the details required for the office to function.

Scott K. Zimmerman

I was born in 1945, in Chicago, Illinois. My wife and I have a blended family which consists of Judy and I, and 8 children, and as many grandchildren, at least for now.

I went to school in Illinois, Arizona and, after Viet Nam in 1966 and 1967, attended the University of Utah, in Salt Lake City. I received a B.S. in Philosophy from the University of Utah in June of 1975, and also graduated from the Law School on the same date. I practiced in Utah for approximately ten years prior to my move to California. I was admitted to the California Bar Association in 1988, and I have been practicing in Brentwood since that time.
